Surcharges
Surcharge rate application is determined by the mill acknowledged ship date. This rate will apply to shipments within 30 days of the acknowledged ship date. Shipments beyond 30 days of the acknowledged ship date will receive the lower of the actual ship date or the original acknowledged date rate. An order that has been rescheduled at your request and has been melted for the order will retain the higher of the original or rescheduled date rate.
