Universal Stainless offers a wide variety of forging billets. Our standard grade offerings include EF, AOD melting, vacuum arc remelt, and electro-slag remelt process. The combination of Electric Furnace, AOD melting and bottom pouring, plus state-of-the-art remelting equipment, ensures product that will perform in the most demanding forging and ring rolling operations.

Surface Conditions
USAP RCS forging billets are supplied in a variety of surface conditions, depending upon mill processing and end use. Conditions include surface spot ground and ground all over. (Note: certain grades and melt processes require all over grinding.)
