Grade N50 Stainless Steel

N50 is a high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel melted as AOD melt type with higher strength and corrosion levels than 316L stainless.  This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and can be cold worked to much higher strengths than standard 300 series austenitics.  It is often used in seawater applications such as boat shafts and pump shafts.
